La précédente procédure a été déclarée sans suite pour le motif suivant : modification du dossier de consultation des entreprises, en raison d’un dysfonctionnement informatique affectant le Devis Quantitatif Estimatif (DQE) valant Bordereau des Prix Unitaires (BPU) résultant du verrouillage involontaire de certaines cellules du fichier Excel. Cette modification étant susceptible d'avoir une incidence sur les conditions de remise des offres, lesdits lots font l'objet d'une nouvelle procédure.
