Le marché porte sur une mission d’assistance à maitrise d’ouvrage pour la mission de diagnostic patrimonial et technique concernant l’opération de restauration du palais King Khaled à Riyad en Arabie Saoudite. Les prestations sont divisées en 3 missions : > Mission 1A – Réalisation d’un diagnostic patrimonial, sanitaire et technique du palais > Mission 2B – Élaboration d’un programme de restauration des espaces bâtis, incluant la mosquée et le jardin > Mission 3E – Définition et rédaction d’un programme détaillé pour la réutilisation du site Le marché est un marché composite comprenant : - Une partie traitée à prix forfaitaires conformément à la DPGF et correspondant aux prestations dont l’exécution est engagée à la notification du marché. - Une part à commandes traitée à prix unitaires conformément au BPU et prenant la forme d’un accord-cadre, pour les prestations qui feront l’objet d’une commande ultérieure en fonction des besoins de l’OPPIC (prestations complémentaires et des déplacements en Arabie Saoudite). L’exécution des prestations relevant de la part à commandes donnera lieu à l’émission de bons de commandes au fur et à mesure de la survenance des besoins de l’OPPIC. La part à commandes est conclue sous la forme d’un accord-cadre sans minimum et avec un montant maximum fixé à 50 000 € HT.
