Aux regards des conclusions de ce diagnostic, le préfet, par l’arrêté n°2026-641 du 3 juillet 2026, a prescrit la réalisation de fouilles préventives préalablement aux aménagements de ladite zone. Le Dossier de Consultation des Entreprises (DCE) comprend notamment le Cahier des Clauses Administratives Particulières (CCAP), le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières et ses annexes, en particulier le Cahier des Charges Scientifiques (CCS).
