Exploitation des installations de génie climatique et connexes. La présente consultation est une procédure d’appel d’offre ouvert, allotie en 3 lots géographiques. Les prestations font l'objet d'un marché à prix mixte. Pour la partie unitaire, un montant maximum par lot est fixé à 600 000€HT par an, et les prestations s'exécutent par l'émission de bons de commande. Le marché est conclu pour une durée globale de 6 ans. La valeur estimée des prestations en euros HT, par lot, est précisée à l’article 1.1 du Règlement de Consultation (RC). Elle est sans engagement de la part du Département. Les candidats sont informés que cette consultation nécessite la présentation d'un chiffre d’affaires minimal par lot, précisé à l’article 5.1 du RC. Le nombre de "candidats" à l'article 5.1.15 de l'avis de publicité doit s'entendre comme "titulaires".
