Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire à bon de commande conclu à compter : - de la date de notification du contrat jusqu'au 30 juin 2030 pour le lot 01 SAUF les sites n° 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28 indiqués sur le document LOT 01 ANNEXE EQUIPEMENTS TFA ; - du 1er janvier 2027 au 30 juin 2030 pour le lot 2 (uniquement pour les sites de TFA). Consultation lancée par un groupement de commande constitué de Thionville Fensch Agglomération et de la Ville de Thionville et son CCAS pour le lot 1 uniquement. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires. Montant mini : 145 000 euro(s) H.T - Montant maxi : 580 000 euro(s) HT pour la durée du contrat. Accord-cadre composé de 2 lots : Lot 1 : bornes automatiques et semi-automatiques, barrières électriques, portails électriques, bornes de distribution d'énergie (mini 125 000 euro(s) HT - maxi : 500 000 euro(s) HT) - Lot 2 : portes piétonnes coulissantes, portes de garages, portes sectionnelles et rideaux métalliques (uniquement pour TFA) (mini : 20 000 euro(s) HT - maxi : 80 000 euro(s) HT).
