Le présent contrat de prestations intellectuelles porte sur la mission de suivi animation d'une OPAH-CD copropriété LES GRILLON 2 - Quartier Mas de Mingue. Compte tenu de la fin de la précédente convention en amont du démarrage des travaux des parties communes concernant les phases 3, 4 et 5 (résidentialisation de l'immeuble, amélioration énergétique) il a été décidé la mise en oeuvre d'une nouvelle Opération Programmée d'Amélioration de l'Habitat Copropriété Dégradée (OPAH-CD.) sur la copropriété « Les Grillons 2 ». Ceci afin de : Poursuivre les principales actions entamées lors de la première OPAH - CD ; Suivre techniquement et financièrement le chantier à venir ; Accompagner la copropriété dans sa première année « post chantier » afin de garantir sa stabilité financière, de gestion et de fonctionnement ;
