L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. La procédure est la relance de lots déclarés infructueux dans des consultations lancées précédemment (2025-0723 et 2025-0792). Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction. La valeur maximal de l'accord cadre sur sa durée totale, tous lots confondus est 5 200 000 HT. Les stipulations du présent Cahier des clauses administratives particulières (CCAP) concernent : PRESTATIONS DE TRANSPORTS SANITAIRES TERRESTRES ET DE TRANSPORTS COLLECTIFS DE PERSONNES POUR LES ETABLISSEMENTS DE SANTE DU GROUPEMENT HOSPITALIER DE TERRITOIRE (GHT) HOPITAUX DE PROVENCE Il s'agit des transports sanitaires de patients allongés ou en Transports Assis Professionnalisés (TAP) à charge de l'établissement de santé de jour comme de nuit (24h/24), tous les jours de l'année y compris les jours fériés (365/366 jours/an). D'autres types de transports sanitaires spécialisés médicalisés et paramédicalisés (tels que pédiatrique, bariatrique, psychiatrique) seront décrits dans les différents lots. En outre, des transports collectifs de personnes et des Transports de Personnes à Mobilité Réduite (TPMR) sont également décrits dans le cadre des accueils de jour des différents établissements parties. Dans l'hypothèse d'une évolution législative ou réglementaire autour de l'article 80 de la LFSS, l'objet du présent marché pourra faire l'objet d'évolution par voie d'avenant sous réserve du respect du Code de la commande publique
