Le présent marché a pour objet l'acquisition et l'installation de systèmes de traitement des biodéchets par déshydratation thermique, sans ajout de matière pour développement bactériologique. Ces systèmes sont destinés aux cuisines centrales et aux 40 sites de distribution des cantines scolaires de la commune. Réparties en 4 lots, les prestations couvrent la fourniture du déshydrateur, des convoyeurs et du déchiqueteur de carton, son installation par l'équipe technique locale du Fournisseur, l'acquisition de bacs de biodéchets et de récupérateur d'eau, le suivi et la formation des agents municipaux ainsi que la maintenance. L'accord-cadre est "composite". Les lots 1 et 2 correspondent pour partie à un marché ordinaire (acquisition, installation et maintenance préventive) et pour partie à un accord-cadre à bons de commande (maintenance corrective). Les lots 3 et 4 correspondent à un marché ordinaire. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires et unitaires.
