This tender concerns the charter of a container-ro-ro (CONRO) vessel capable of operating across all maritime zones for the French Ministry of Armed Forces (MINARM). The ship must be equipped to handle containerised cargo and roll-on/roll-off vehicles, supporting military logistics and deployment operations.

Suppliers must be ship-chartering companies with proven experience in vessel charter operations. The vessel must be seaworthy, properly crewed, insured, and compliant with international maritime regulations and French military requirements.
