Le présent concours est organisé en vue de l'attribution d'un marché de Maîtrise d'OEuvre (MOE) ayant pour objet la réalisation des prestations suivantes : Construction d'un bâtiment annexe pour les Archives Départementales et d'un bâtiment pour les services de la Médiathèque Départementale de l'Aveyron. L'attributaire du marché se verra confier une mission de base : ESQ, APS, APD, PRO, AMT, VISA, DET et AOR complétée des missions : - CSSI : Coordination du Système de Sécurité Incendie. - SYN : Etudes de synthèse. - EXEp : Etudes d'exécution partielles (élaboration des DQE et dimensionnement des éléments déterminants y compris en structure) - MOB : Mobilier La part de l'enveloppe financière affectée par la maîtrise d'ouvrage aux travaux est de 18 000 000 Euros HT soit 21 600 000 Euros TTC (valeur mai 2026).
