This tender concerns maintenance and repair services for residential heating systems, including gas and oil boilers, mechanical ventilation units, heat pump water heaters, solar and gas water heaters, heat pumps, and individual pellet and wood stoves. The contract covers both routine maintenance and emergency repairs (P2) as well as major overhauls and component replacement with full warranty (P3).

Suppliers must be qualified heating engineers capable of servicing multiple heating technologies including gas, oil, heat pump, and renewable systems. Technical certifications and compliance with French safety standards for heating installations are required.

Heating and air conditioning contractors or HVAC service companies with proven experience in residential heating system maintenance and repair, particularly in French regions.
