Le présent contrat a pour objet de définir les modalités de réalisation de prestations de transports sanitaires terrestres patients (ambulances et transports assis), devant réglementairement être pris en charge par le Centre Antoine Lacassagne, à destination ou depuis ses sites, sur prescription médicale, 24 heures sur 24 et 7 jours sur 7, dans le cadre de l'application de l'article 80 du Code de la Sécurité Sociale. Les prestations seront exécutées notamment dans le département 06, à l'Est du département 83 et Monaco. Les prestations pourront exceptionnellement s'étendre sur le territoire national.
