Ces prestations à prix unitaires ne nécessitent pas l'émission de bons de commandes - Une partie relative à des prestations occasionnelles traitée sous la forme d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande, sans montant minimum et pour un montant maximum de 1,2 Million EUR HT sur la durée du marché, aux quantités commandées et réellement exécutées dans les conditions prévues aux articles R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du code de la commande publique.
