Le Smectom du Plantaurel souhaite mettre en cuvre des campagnes de traitement ex situ des lixiviats du site « ISDND de Berbiac ». Il s'agit donc de trouver un prestataire qui prendra en charge le pompage des lixiviats au niveau des bassins de rétention 1 & 2 de l'installation de stockage de déchets non dangereux de Berbiac 09500 Manses pour un volume compris entre 0m3/an et 10 000m3/an et effectuera le transport et le traitement. La station d'épuration qui accueille les lixiviats doit être apte à traiter les lixiviats dans de bonnes conditions, sans nuire à la qualité des boues d'épuration et en respectant ses normes de rejets au milieu naturel. Il faut noter qu'il est possible qu'il n'y ait pas de traitement à réaliser si le volume dans les bassins est insuffisant.
