PRESTATIONS DE DETECTION ET GEOREFERENCEMENT DES RESEAUX
La procédure de passation (appel d'offres ouvert) est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre (mono-attributaire) avec maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. La durée de l'accord-cadre est de 2 ans, reconductible deux fois deux ans.
