Le marché porte sur la réalisation d'études de vulnérabilité de l’infrastructure autoroutière et de ses ouvrages aux risques de crue et d'inondation, sur environ 118 km du réseau COFIROUTE répartis en douze zones d'étude. Les prestations comprennent la réalisation de modélisations hydrologiques et hydrauliques, et de missions de maîtrise d’œuvre de niveau « diagnostic » et « études préliminaires » de solutions d’aménagement permettant de limiter les impacts des crues et inondations sur l’infrastructure autoroutière, ainsi que le pilotage de prestations accessoires participant à la réalisation de l’étude de vulnérabilité. Le présent marché est décomposé en douze (12) zones géographiques techniquement homogènes.
