Les spécifications techniques des équipements projetés devront satisfaire à des exigences élevées en matière d'efficacité, de performance et de viabilité économique. À ce titre, elles feront l'objet d'une instruction approfondie afin de garantir la pertinence et l'optimisation des investissements envisagés
