Le présent accord-Cadre a pour objet la réalisation de Diagnostics de Performance Énergétique (DPE). Il s'exécutera par l'émission de bons de commande, au fur et à mesure des besoins exprimés par LE CLIENT. Les missions pourront être réalisées sur du patrimoine locatif ou en copropriété (individuel ou collectif), sur du patrimoine tertiaire (locaux commerciaux), ainsi que sur des foyers-résidences et/ou établissements recevant du public (ERP). Les prestations concernent notamment : - Les Diagnostics de Performance Énergétique avant relocation ; - Les campagnes de Diagnostics de Performance Énergétique échus ; - Les Diagnostics de Performance Énergétique après travaux ou après construction. - Lot 1, 2, 3, 5 et 6 : Ces accords-cadres s'exécutant au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande, le CLIENT a recours un accord-cadre par émission de bons de commande avec un titulaire, conformément aux dispositions des articles R2162-1 à R2162-6 et R2162-13 à R2162-14 du code de la Commande Publique. - Lot n°4 : Cet accord-cadre s'exécutant au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande, le Client a recours à un accord-cadre multi-attributaire par émission de bons de commande avec 2 titulaires, conformément aux dispositions des articles R2162-1 à R2162-6 et R2162-13 à R2162-14 du code de la Commande Publique. Les bons de commandes seront émis selon la méthode dite du "tour de rôle" par opération. Les prestations seront exécutées dans le département de l'Oise et éventuellement dans les départements limitrophes
