La présente consultation a pour objet la maintenance préventive et corrective des appareils et accessoires de levage (palans et nacelles) situés dans divers bâtiments communaux. Les présents marchés sont soumis au Code de la Commande Publique. Ce document est désigné par le terme « le Code » dans l'ensemble des pièces de la consultation. Qualifiés de marchés de services, ils sont soumis aux dispositions du CCAG « Fournitures Courantes et Services » approuvé par Arrêté du 30 mars 2021. Ils sont passés selon la procédure de l'appel d'offres ouvert, soumis aux dispositions des articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 et R.2161-1 à R.2161-5 du Code. Ils constituent des accords-cadres à bons de commande soumis aux dispositions des articles L.2125-1 et R.2162-1 à R.2162-6 du Code. Chacun des marchés, correspondant aux 3 lots ci-dessous, sera attribué à un unique titulaire pour une durée maximale de quatre années, reconductions comprises.
