L'accord-cadre a pour objet la fourniture de livres non scolaires pour l’ensemble des services de la Ville d’Anglet. Les services acheteurs sont : - la Bibliothèque municipale principalement - les services de la Direction Enfance Jeunesse (crèches, écoles, centres de loisirs, relais petite enfance, maison des parents…) - la Maison de l’environnement-Parc Izadia - les services de l’Administration générale (documentation, archives…) Le marché inclut la fourniture de livres neufs non scolaires soumis à la règlementation relative au prix unique du livre et au plafonnement des rabais. Droits de prêt : tous les achats sont soumis à déclaration auprès la SOFIA par les librairies sur l’ensemble des lots. Les achats effectués sur le lot 11 (autres services que la bibliothèque municipale) sont exonérés de versement du droit de prêt (loi du 18 juin 2003).
