La présente consultation concerne la souscription et la gestion de contrats d'assurances couvrant les risques suivants: Lot 1 : dommages aux biens Lot 2 : Responsabilité civile générale Lot 3 : Protection juridique. Défense pénale des agents et des élus Lot 4 : Flotte automobile Lot Droits statutaires (lot 5) Chacun des lots fera l'objet d'un marché séparé. Les candidats pourront présenter une offre pour un, plusieurs ou l'ensemble des lots. Il est précisé que le lot "Droits statutaires" portera sur une durée de 2ans à compter du 1er janvier 2027 et dispose de son propre DCE. La prestation est réservée à une profession déterminée: Le marché est réservé aux entreprises d'assurances et personnes habilitées à présenter des opérations d'assurance en vertu des articles L310-1 et suivants, L500, L500-1 et L511-1 et suivants du Code des assurances ou équivalent pour les candidats européens
