La présente consultation a pour objet la maintenance préventive et corrective (sur devis) des équipements de climatisation des postes électriques de RTE situés sur le territoire du centre Maintenance de Lyon. Le parc concerné représente environ 310 installations de climatisation installés dans des locaux industriels sensibles (salles de relayage, salles de télécommunication, bâtiments de commande). Le marché est alloti en 5 lots géographiques à la maille du Groupe Maintenance Réseaux du Centre Maintenance Lyon: Auvergne, Dauphiné, Forez-Velay, Lyonnais et Savoie. Chaque lot est attribué à un titulaire unique ; un même opérateur ne peut être attributaire de plus de 3 lots. Les candidats peuvent se positionner sur un, plusieurs ou l'ensemble des lots de leur choix. Les accords-cadres, d'une durée de 3 ans fermes (du 01/02/2027 au 31/01/2030) reconductibles 3 fois 1 an, sont conclus avec un engagement financier limité au volume de 2 années de maintenance préventive.
