La présente consultation vise à assurer le renouvellement de clôtures, barrières et portails sur les sites industriels, administratifs et parcelles métropolitaines. Consultation lancée par un groupement de commandes constitué de Tours Métropole Val de Loire (TMVL) et la ville de Tours. Tours Métropole Val de Loire est le coordonnateur du groupement. L'accord-cadre est mixte. Il sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande pour les prestations listées au BPU et par des marchés subséquents (prenant la forme d'un bon de commande) pour les prestations et équipements non référencés au BPU selon les conditions décrites au contrat.
