Il s’agit d’un accord-cadre à bons de commande de services conformément aux dispositions de l’article L2125-1, 1°, R2162-1 à R2162-6, R2162-13 et R2162-14 du Code. Il sera conclu avec un ou un groupement d’opérateurs économiques. L’émission des bons de commande s’effectuera sans négociation ni remise en concurrence préalables selon les modalités prévues au CCAP.
