Il s’agit d’un appel d’offres ouvert en application des articles L2124-2, R2124-2, 1° et R2161-2 à R2161-5 du Code de la Commande Publique. Il s’agit d’un marché public ordinaire. Le marché public est traité à prix global et forfaitaire fixé à l’acte d’engagement. Les équipements à fournir et les prestations à exécuter sont décrits au Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP). Le marché public est conclu pour une durée de validité allant de sa date de notification au titulaire jusqu’à la fin des prestations de garantie. Le marché public comprend une prestation supplémentaire éventuelle facultative. La prestation supplémentaire éventuelle est la suivante : PSE n°1 : fourniture et installation d’une interface entre le tunnel de finition et le système Métricon afin de permettre l’échange automatique des informations relatives au linge à traiter. La prestation supplémentaire éventuelle est décrite à l’article 13 du CCTP. Les prestations supplémentaires éventuelles sont des prestations que le CHU de Rennes se réserve le droit de lever ou non à l’attribution du marché public.
