La présente consultation concerne des prestations de sécurité privée, de gardiennage et de sécurité incendie pour divers sites, bâtiments et évènements/manifestations de la Ville d’Epernay et Epernay Agglo Champagne. Un groupement composé de la Communauté d’Agglomération Epernay, Coteaux et Plaine de Champagne (Epernay Agglo Champagne) et de la Ville d’Epernay a été constitué, conformément à l'article 28 de l'ordonnance du 23 juillet 2015 relative aux marchés publics pour la passation d'accords-cadres à bons de commande qui porteront sur des prestations de sécurité et de gardiennage. La Ville d’Epernay est désignée comme coordonnateur du groupement de commandes. Cette consultation comporte des conditions d'exécution à caractère social et environnemental obligatoires dont le détail est indiqué dans le CCAP.
