L'objet de la concession consistera en l'exploitation de lignes de bus desservant l'ouest de l'agglomération Saint-Germain Boucles de Seine, principalement les communes de Saint-Germain-en-Laye, Marly-le-Roi et Chambourcy selon les modalités définies par le contrat et comportera environ 17 lignes régulières, dont 2 lignes express, 1 ligne Noctilien et 1 bus de soirée ainsi qu'1 TAD représentant environ 2,5 millions de KCC en 2026. Des travaux de remise en état, de rénovation énergétique, d'entretien et de maintenance, et le cas échéant des travaux de construction des centres opérationnels bus, l'entretien et la maintenance du matériel roulant, et, le cas échéant, de gares routières et pôles d'échange multimodaux routiers pourront être confiés.
