La présente procédure est soumise aux dispositions de la troisième partie du CCP relatives aux contrats de concession. Le concessionnaire assume l'ensemble des risques liés à l'exploitation et tire l'essentiel de sa rémunération de l'exploitation de la piscine. Le contrat prendra effet à compter du 1er avril 2028 ou à compter de la date de notification du contrat après accomplissement des formalités de transmission à l’autorité préfectorale, si cette dernière date est postérieure. La durée du contrat est fixée à 5 ans à compter de la date de la mise à disposition de l’équipement.
