Cet accord-cadre est mené conjointement entre LYSED (coordonnateur de groupement) et les communes d'Anthon, de Charvieu-Chavagneux, Chavanoz, Janneyrias, Pont-de-Chéruy et Villette d'Anthon. L'accord-cadre avec maximum est passé en application des articles L.2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. Le montant maximum des prestations pour la durée totale de l'accord-cadre est de 660 000 euro(s) HT. Le montant maximum attaché à chacune des communes membres est renseigné dans l'acte d'engagement. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale d'un an à compter de sa date de notification.
