Par délibération du 15 avril 2016, la Commission permanente du Département de Lot-et-Garonne a décidé de mettre en place un groupe départemental de commandes alimentaires pour l'ensemble des collèges du Département, de l'ouvrir aux lycées et aux mairies qui souhaiteraient y adhérer. Le Département de Lot-et-Garonne est le coordonnateur du groupement de commandes qui comprend, conformément à l'annexe 1 du CCTP : - 24 établissements publics locaux d'enseignement du département de Lot-et-Garonne ; - Les mairies de Barbaste, Boé et Caudecoste ; - La cité scolaire d'Aiguillon ; - La cuisine de l'Hôtel du Département ; - Le Foyer départemental de l'Enfance (FEB). L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'un accord-cadre. Chaque accord-cadre sera attribué à un seul opérateur économique
