La mission de suivi-animation de la seconde prorogation du Plan de Sauvegarde s'articule autour de deux volets complémentaires : - Volet 1 - Maintien et renforcement du suivi-animation courant : assurer la continuité de l'accompagnement de la copropriété sur l'ensemble des thématiques couvertes par le Plan de Sauvegarde, sans rupture d'accompagnement ; - Volet 2 - Missions complémentaires : lever les blocages structurels du redressement (SCI, gouvernance) et conduire les analyses préalables à la définition d'un nouveau dispositif d'intervention (administration provisoire, étude d'opportunité de scission, veille financeurs).
