Les prestations pourront s'exécuter sur l'ensemble du territoire Sarthois Les prestations feront l'objet de 5 accords-cadres mono-attributaire sans minimum avec maximum exécuté par émission de bons de commande suivant la définition des articles R2162-2, R2162-4 à R2162-6, R2162-13 et R2162-14 du Code de la Commande Publique. Le marché relève des services sociaux et autres services spécifiques. Son objet principal est constitué de prestations de formation (CPV principal : 80500000-9). La présente consultation est donc lancée selon la procédure adaptée définie aux articles R2123-1 à R2123-4 à 6 du Code de la Commande Publique. Les accords-cadres seront conclus : - soit avec un fournisseur unique ; - soit avec des fournisseurs groupés solidaires ; - soit avec des fournisseurs groupés conjoints. Le mandataire du groupement conjoint sera solidaire de chacun des membres du groupement pour ses obligations contractuelles à l'égard de l'acheteur, pour l'exécution de l'accord-cadre
