Should have certifications in healthcare data security and French public procurement compliance.

Vendor must demonstrate capability to integrate recruitment management system across multiple healthcare institutions, ensure compliance with French healthcare regulations and data protection standards (RGPD), and provide implementation/deployment services. Specific technical requirements, training needs, and support SLAs should be confirmed in detailed tender documents.
