Elle comprend la gestion dite de proximité/logistique et administrative de parc, soit l'exploitation et la maintenance du système informatique du SyAGE. Le SyAGE (Syndicat mixte pour l'assainissement et la gestion des eaux du bassin versant Yerres-Seine - EPAGE de l'Yerres) compte une centaine d'agents. Il s'agit d'un marché à prix mixtes, traité pour une partie majoritaire à prix forfaitaire et pour partie à prix unitaires comme un accord-cadre à bons de commande émis au fur et à mesure des besoins.
