L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre mutualisé entre la Ville d'Avignon et la SPL TECELYS, exploitant du réseau urbain des transports en commun de l'agglomération d'Avignon, suite à la signature de la convention constitutive du groupement de commande en date du 04/09/2025. L'objectif est de permettre l'articulation, sur le même territoire, des compétences « Circulation » de la Ville d'Avignon et « Mobilité » du Grand Avignon. Les domaines d'intervention de chaque partie sont les suivants : - la Ville d'Avignon intervient exclusivement sur les carrefours à feux pour les seuls usages des véhicules motorisés et modes doux, ainsi que sur les carrefours à feux pour les usages mixte TRAM, Chron'hop et flux VL, PL et modes doux ; - la SPL TECELYS intervient exclusivement sur les carrefours à feux et sur son réseau de transport en commun pour réguler les seuls flux des véhicules Chron'hop et TRAMWAY
