Le présent marché concerne l'exécution des missions de contrôleur technique dans le cadre des opérations de travaux d'aménagement, de rénovation, de restructuration ou de petites constructions de type extension. La majorité des opérations sera réalisée en maîtrise d'oeuvre interne par les services du Conseil départemental. Certaines opérations réalisées en maîtrise d'oeuvre externe pourront être confiées au titulaire du marché. Sur la période 2026/2027 : - Les opérations dont la durée est supérieure à 2 ans seront commandées au titulaire du présent marché, tous secteurs confondus. - Les opérations dont la durée est inférieure à 2 ans, ou déjà commencées au moment de l'attribution du marché, ne seront pas commandées au titulaire du présent marché. Sur la période 2028-2029 : - Les opérations dont la durée est inférieure à 2 ans seront commandées au titulaire du présent marché, tous secteurs confondus. - Les opérations dont la durée est supérieure à 2 ans ne seront pas commandés au titulaire du présent marché et feront l'objet d'un accord-cadre distinct à compter du 01/01/2028
