Le présent marché concerne : La production des repas dans la propre cuisine centrale du Titulaire / La livraison des repas selon le principe de la liaison froide dans les sites de restauration listés en Annexe 1 du CCTP / Un accompagnement du Titulaire dans la mise en oeuvre du service de restauration collective / La réalisation de prestations annexes de type " Traiteur". Le marché porte principalement sur des prestations de livraison de repas en liaison froide pour la restauration scolaire et correspond ainsi aux marchés publics de services sociaux et autres services spécifiques visés par le 3ème de l'Article R.2123-1 du code de la commande publique. Le marché est un accord-cadre à bons de commande mono-attributaire, sans minimum, il s'exécute selon les dispositions des Articles R.2162-13 et R.2162-14 du code de la commande publique. Le montant maximum des prestations est de 1.200.000 d'euros H.T. sur toute la durée du marché. Le présent marché prendra effet à compter du 1er septembre 2026 jusqu'au 31 août 2027. Il est renouvelable pour une durée d'un an, trois fois maximum, soit jusqu'au 31 août 2030.
