Le marché est un accord-cadre mono-attributaire de service, traités à bons de commande sur la base de prix unitaires détaillés dans le bordereau des prix unitaires en application des articles R.2162-2, R.2162-4-2°, R.2162-13 et R.2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Le marché est alloti au sens de l'article L.2113-10 du Code de la commande publique et se décompose en 10 lots, avec 2 classes élémentaires pour chaque lot. Pour les lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 et 6, le marché prendra effet à compter de sa date de notification, pour une durée d'un (1) an renouvelable deux (2) fois par reconduction tacite, soit une durée maximale de trois (3) ans. Le titulaire de l'accord-cadre concerné ne peut refuser sa reconduction conformément à l'article R.2112-4 du Code de la commande publique. Pour les lots 7, 8, 9 et 10, le marché prendra effet à compter de sa date de notification pour une durée d'un an ferme, non-renouvelable.
