L’opération porte sur la restructuration du bloc opératoire du Centre Hospitalier des Escartons de Briançon (CHEB), intégrant une extension fonctionnelle par réaffectation de surfaces adjacentes au bloc opératoire existant. Le bloc opératoire, réalisé il y a une vingtaine d’années, présente aujourd’hui des limites en termes d’organisation fonctionnelle, de capacité d’accueil et d’adaptation aux nouveaux modes de prise en charge.
