PHASE CANDIDATURE Le présent règlement de consultation concerne la procédure de passation du marché de maîtrise d'œuvre pour le projet d'agrandissement et de restructuration du bloc opératoire du Centre Hospitalier des Escartons de Briançon. L’opération porte sur la restructuration du bloc opératoire du Centre Hospitalier des Escartons de Briançon (CHEB), intégrant une extension fonctionnelle par réaffectation de surfaces adjacentes au bloc opératoire existant. Le bloc opératoire, réalisé il y a une vingtaine d’années, présente aujourd’hui des limites en termes d’organisation fonctionnelle, de capacité d’accueil et d’adaptation aux nouveaux modes de prise en charge. Des dysfonctionnements ont notamment été identifiés en matière de circulation des patients, de gestion des flux logistiques et de dimensionnement de certains espaces. L’opération vise ainsi à moderniser et optimiser le fonctionnement du bloc opératoire afin de répondre aux besoins actuels et futurs de l’établissement, dans un contexte marqué par une forte saisonnalité de l’activité et une évolution des prises en charge.
