La consultation a pour objet l'achat de pièces détachées pour l'ensemble du parc automobile de la commune de Saint-Joseph. La forme retenue pour ce marché est de type accord-cadre exécuté au moyen de bons de commande en application des articles R. 2162-2, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du code de la commande publique.
