La consultation a pour objet l'achat de carburant et de lubrifiant pour les besoins des services municipaux de la commune de Saint-Joseph. La forme retenue pour ce marché est de type accord-cadre exécuté au moyen de bons de commande en application des articles R. 2162-2, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du code de la commande publique. Tous les lots de l'accord-cadre sont mono-attributaires. Les prestations sont décomposées selon les lots ci-dessous.
