L'objet du présent marché est la réalisation d'actions de formation sur le thème « Santé, sécurité et conditions de travail », organisées pour le compte de la délégation Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur du CNFPT. Les prestations visées au présent marché font partie d'une opération décomposée en quatre (4) lots, ainsi qu'il suit : - Lot n° 1 : Politiques de santé au travail et management de la qualité de vie et des conditions de travail, - Lot n° 2 : Méthodologies d'évaluation des risques professionnels, - Lot n° 3 : Maintien dans l'emploi et prévention de l'usure professionnelle, - Lot n° 4 : Hygiène, sécurité et conditions de travail : formations des membres des comités sociaux territoriaux et des formations spécialisées. L'accord-cadre est conclu sans montant minimum mais avec indication d'un montant maximum annuel hors taxes pour chacun des lots. Le volume des prestations à réaliser au titre de l'accord-cadre se décline comme suit : - Lot n° 1 : 25 220,00 euros HT maximum, - Lot n° 2 : 19 400,00 euros HT maximum, - Lot n° 3 : 38 800,00 euros HT maximum, - Lot n° 4 : 40 740,00 euros HT maximum. Le présent contrat est un accord-cadre, s'exécutant par émission successive de bons de commandes. Il est mono-attributaire.
