L'objet du présent marché est la réalisation d'actions de formation sur la sous-spécialité "MAINTENANCE DES BÂTIMENTS TOUS CORPS D'ETAT" pour le compte de la Délégation Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur du CNFPT. Les prestations visées au présent marché font partie d'une opération décomposée en quatre (4) lots, ainsi qu'il suit : - Lot 1 : thématique : « Gros oeuvre et second oeuvre non spécialisé, Electricité - courants forts et courants faibles, Plomberie, sanitaires, chauffage, ventilation, climatisation et gestion des installations » - PACA, - Lot n° 2 : thématique : « La prévention des risques liés aux travaux en hauteur » - PACA - Lot n° 3 « Métallerie - soudure » - Départements des Alpes Maritimes et du Var, - Lot n° 4 « Métallerie - soudure » - Département des Bouches du Rhône, du Vaucluse, des Alpes de Haute Provence et, des Hautes Alpes. L'accord-cadre est conclu sans montant minimum mais avec indication d'un montant maximum hors taxes pour chacun des lots pour la durée ferme du marché soit trois (3) ans. Le volume des prestations à réaliser au titre de l'accord-cadre se décline comme suit : - Lot n° 1 : 453 600,00 euros HT maximum, - Lot n° 2 : 57 600,00 euros HT maximum, - Lot n° 3 : 108 000,00 euros HT maximum, - Lot n° 4 : 108 000,00 euros HT maximum.
