La présente consultation vise à attribuer un accord-cadre de travaux multi-attributaires ayant pour objet la réparation, les visites d'entretien et des diagnostics de l'étanchéité des toitures du patrimoine géré par GRANDLYON HABITAT. Le présent contrat constitue : Un accord-cadre multi-attributaires régi par les articles L.2125-1 ; R.2162-2 alinéa 2 ; R.2162-4 à R.2162-6 ; R.2162-13 et R.2162-14 du code de la commande publique. Cet accord-cadre fixe les stipulations contractuelles de manière ferme et sera exécuté au fur et à mesure des besoins par l'émission de bons de commandes selon les modalités définis dans cet accord-cadre. L'accord-cadre est conclu avec 3 entreprises minimum et maximum pour l'ensemble de l'accord-cadre. Il sera attribué un accord-cadre à prix unitaire révisable, confié à une entreprise unique ou un groupement. Le montant sur la durée totale (reconduction comprise) soit 4 ans est : Sans minimum et montant maximum : 1 500 000 euro(s) HT En cas de candidature groupée, le mandataire du groupement sera obligatoirement solidaire de chacun des membres du groupement
