Le présent contrat constitue : Un accord-cadre multi-attributaires régi par les articles L.2125-1 ; R.2162-2 alinéa 2 ; R.2162-4 à R.2162-6 ; R.2162-13 et R.2162-14 du code de la commande publique. Cet accord-cadre fixe les stipulations contractuelles de manière ferme et sera exécuté au fur et à mesure des besoins par l'émission de bons de commandes selon les modalités définis dans cet accord-cadre. L'accord-cadre est conclu avec 3 entreprises minimum et maximum pour l'ensemble de l'accord-cadre. Il sera attribué un accord-cadre à prix unitaire révisable, confié à une entreprise unique ou un groupement.
