A l'occasion du Millenium, la Région Normandie porte la création d'un parcours d'art contemporain à travers des sites emblématiques de la Normandie médiévale. La programmation et la direction artistique sont assurées en interne par la Région Normandie. Ce marché concerne notamment la coordination générale et la production du parcours ; la contractualisation avec les artistes ; le transport ; le montage, la maintenance et le démontage des oeuvres ; ainsi que les missions de contrôles techniques. Les prestations sont décrites dans le CCTP. Montant HT maximum global du contrat : 2 000 000,00 euro(s) Euro(s) H.T. Pour les lots 1 et 2, les marchés sont composites, avec une partie marché ordinaire et une partie accord-cadre à marchés subséquents. Le lot 3 est un marché ordinaire. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. L'attention des candidats est appelée sur le fait que les candidats au lot 3 doivent justifier d'une indépendance totale vis-à-vis : des candidats du lot n°1, et des candidats du lot n°2 (cf. l'article 1.5 du règlement de la consultation)
