Le présent marché a pour objet la prestation de recrutement par intérim dans le secteur de la Petite Enfance pour la Ville d'Issy-les-Moulineaux. Le présent marché est passé sous la forme d'une procédure d'appel d'offres ouvert soumise aux articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2-1 et R.2161-1 et suivants du Code de la commande publique. Le marché est un marché de Services, traité sur la base de prix unitaires, sans montant minimum annuel mais avec un montant maximum annuel de 100 000Euros HT en application des articles R.2162-2 à R.2162-6, R.2162-13 et R.2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il est précisé qu'il sera fait application des dispositions de l'article R.2122-2-1 du Code de la commande publique relatif à la passation d'un marché sans publicité ni mise en concurrence préalables, si aucune candidature ou offre n'est présentée, si seules des candidatures irrecevables ou des offres inappropriées, au sens des articles R.2144-7 et L.2152-4, sont présentées.
