Le présent marché a pour objet "la fourniture et la livraison de pains bio, laitages bio artisanaux et de gâteaux bio pour les besoins de la ville de Lille et ses communes associées Lomme et Hellemmes" La présente consultation est passée par appel d'offres ouvert conformément aux articles R.2124-2 et R.2161-2 à R.2161-5 du Code de la commande publique (CCP). La procédure est allotie et fera l'objet d'émission de bons de commande sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum en application de l'article R. 2162-4 2° du Code de la Commande Publique. L'accord-cadre démarre à la notification pour une durée de 24 mois avec possibilité de le reconduire une fois pour la même durée. Les prix seront révisés dans les conditions fixées dans le CCAP.
