Les présents marchés sont passés en application de l'article R.2123-1 3° du Code de la commande publique. La présente consultation est allotie en deux lots thématiques. Les marchés sont des accords-cadres à bons de commande conclus sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum annuel de 10 000 euros HT, soit un maximum de 40 000 euros sur la durée totale du marché pour les deux lots. Ils sont conclus pour une durée de douze (12) mois à compter de sa date de notification, avec possibilité de reconduction tacite trois (3) fois douze (12) mois. Les variantes sont interdites. Les accords-cadres sont mono-attributaires. A titre indicatif, le nombre de collaborateurs qu'il est envisagé de former est estimé à 1 à 2 groupes de 12 participants par an et par lot
